On-Site Detailing provides mobile car detailing services as described on our website and marketing materials. Services may vary by package.

2. Appointments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• We require access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

• Please remove personal items before service begins.

3. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

5. Liability

• On-Site Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle.

• We use professional products and techniques but cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or defects.

6. Weather Policy
If severe weather prevents safe service, appointments will be rescheduled at no cost.
