- For specialty services (ceramic coating, PPF, paint correction), a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 24-hour notice required: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows: Failure to be available at the scheduled time without prior notice may result in a fee equal to the full service cost.

4. Pricing & Payment

- Final pricing may differ from estimates based on vehicle size, condition, and additional work required. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
- Deposits for specialty services are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.
5. Vehicle Access & Condition
- For mobile detailing, you must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and a suitable location (e.g., driveway, parking spot with clearance for our equipment).
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions not caused by our services, including but not limited to: existing scratches, dents, chipped paint, cracked glass, mechanical issues, or electrical problems.
- We recommend removing all valuable personal belongings from your vehicle before service. On-Site Detailing is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
- Please disclose any known issues with your vehicle (e.g., loose trim, aftermarket modifications, previous body work) prior to service.
6. Service Warranty & Satisfaction
Detailing Services (Level I, II, III)
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your detail, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover new damage, contamination, or exposure to elements after service.
Ceramic Coating
Our professional-grade ceramic coatings carry a manufacturer's warranty of up to 8 years, subject to proper maintenance. Warranty terms vary by product and coating tier selected. Warranty coverage requires adherence to the recommended maintenance schedule, which will be provided at the time of service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, improper washing (e.g., brush car washes), chemical exposure, or accidents.
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
PPF installations carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5–10 years depending on the product). Warranty covers yellowing, cracking, peeling, and delamination under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, or improper care.
Paint Correction
Paint correction results are immediate and visible upon completion. Because paint correction removes a micro layer of clear coat, results are dependent on the pre-existing condition and thickness of your paint. We assess your vehicle honestly and communicate realistic expectations before starting work.
7. Liability & Limitations
- On-Site Detailing is fully insured and bonded. In the event of damage caused by our team during service, we will address it promptly and professionally.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our website.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: weak or failing clear coat, poor previous repairs, corroded surfaces, or defective factory paint.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiration date.
- Gift cards may be applied to any On-Site Detailing service.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
