About the Role

As a High-Ticket Sales Closer at On-Site Detailing, you will be responsible for generating revenue through a combination of inbound sales opportunities and outbound outreach to our existing customer base.

This is not a cold-calling-heavy role. You'll work with warm leads and existing customers who already know and trust On-Site Detailing.

You'll work with:

  • New inbound leads actively requesting information about our services
  • Previous customers who are due for their next detail
  • Existing customers who may benefit from upgraded services
  • Past ceramic coating and detailing customers
  • Customers who have received estimates but haven't booked
  • Previous leads who expressed interest but never scheduled

Your job is to understand the customer's vehicle, needs, and goals, educate them on the appropriate solution, communicate the value of our services, and confidently guide them toward booking.

We are looking for someone who understands that great sales is not about being pushy — it's about educating customers, identifying opportunities, building relationships, following up, and asking for the business.

What You'll Do

Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Respond quickly to new inbound leads generated through our website, advertising, phone calls, texts, and other marketing channels
  • Conduct sales consultations by phone, text, and other approved communication channels
  • Understand the customer's vehicle, concerns, goals, and expectations
  • Recommend the appropriate detailing, restoration, or protection service
  • Clearly communicate pricing, benefits, expected results, and service differences
  • Handle questions and objections professionally
  • Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet booked
  • Confidently ask for the sale and complete the booking process

Existing Customer Outreach

Our existing customer base represents a significant part of this position. You will proactively contact previous customers to identify opportunities for additional services and repeat business.

This may include:

  • Rebooking customers for routine detailing
  • Following up with customers who haven't had their vehicle serviced recently
  • Educating previous detailing customers about ceramic coatings
  • Introducing paint correction and other premium services
  • Recommending seasonal detailing and vehicle protection
  • Offering relevant add-on services
  • Following up on previously declined estimates
  • Re-engaging past leads
  • Building long-term relationships with our customer base

The goal isn't simply to make calls — it's to create conversations that generate appointments and revenue while strengthening the customer's relationship with On-Site Detailing.

Service Education & Closing

You'll become highly knowledgeable about On-Site Detailing's service offerings, including:

Interior & Exterior Detailing Ceramic Coatings Paint Correction Headlight Restoration Scratch & Paint Enhancement Odor Removal Biohazard Removal Specialty Vehicle Services

You'll help customers understand why a particular service makes sense for their vehicle rather than simply quoting prices.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying the appropriate service level
  • Educating customers on their options
  • Recommending upgrades when appropriate
  • Cross-selling relevant services
  • Handling price objections
  • Following up on open estimates
  • Collecting deposits
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Ensuring accurate customer and vehicle information
  • Creating a smooth handoff to our scheduling and operations teams

Pipeline & Customer Relationship Management

You will own your sales pipeline from first conversation through booking. That includes both new opportunities and our existing customer database.

You'll be expected to:

  • Manage inbound leads
  • Work outbound customer lists
  • Follow up on open estimates
  • Maintain scheduled follow-up tasks
  • Track customers who are due for future service
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Re-engage inactive customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes
  • Keep opportunities moving through the sales process
  • Ensure qualified opportunities don't fall through the cracks

We want someone who looks at a customer database and sees relationships and opportunities — not just a list of phone numbers.

Sales Performance

This is a results-driven position. Performance will be measured using KPIs such as:
